Walk into the pitch with investors already lined up.
Capital raising advisers win mandates by proving they can bring money. On Uback, professional investors declare intentions on startups before any round exists. In each country, one partner sees that demand first.
What changes for you
Win the mandate. Before meeting a founder, you know how many Backers, and roughly how much, are waiting on their company and its sector. Few advisers can open a meeting with that.
Qualified investors, not leads. Backers are corporates, funds and business angels investing through a company. Tickets start at USD 25,000, and confirmed intentions are paid: people who pay to declare are serious.
Money you would not find alone. Backers come from abroad and from the diaspora: from Paris, Dubai or Montreal, they back your country's startups.
One line on the cap table. Small tickets are pooled in a common vehicle that you set up. Founders get many investors without a crowded cap table.
A neutral benchmark. Each ranked company has an AI-estimated valuation range, with its comparables. It is no valuation and no advice, but it gives you and the founder a shared starting point.
Illustrative example
A fintech in your country is preparing its Series A. Uback shows 22 Backers with confirmed intentions on it and on its segment in Europe. You meet the founders with that number. They agree to talk: the pool is attached to the deal, and you run the round.
What you get
- Exclusivity in your country, and one or more sectors you follow worldwide.
- A dashboard of intentions by company and by sector, with ticket ranges.
- Your name on every ranking of your country and of your sectors.
- A quarterly report on investor demand in your market, to share with founders you advise.
What we look for
- A licence or registration allowing you to arrange private placements or fundraising in your country.
- Experience with startup and growth rounds.
- Working English, and the habit of answering fast.
Uback brings investors and visibility, not a guaranteed deal flow. We would rather say so upfront.
Many firms also run M&A deals. In each country, one partner covers both roles: see M&A boutiques.
