Uback MCP

Let your agent find the deal.

Coming soon · In development

Private company shares are illiquid for a simple reason: buyers and sellers rarely meet. A shareholder who wants to sell writes a message in a bottle. An investor who wants to buy checks once, then forgets. Uback MCP keeps both sides watching, all the time.

Why classified ads never worked

For twenty years, the web tried to solve this market with listings: post your shares, hope someone passes by. It failed. Too few listings, spread over too many sites, read by the wrong people at the wrong moment. A niche market needs matching, not browsing.

What changes with an agent

Through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open standard that lets AI agents use external tools, your agent connects directly to Uback. It can:

Your agent is not Uback's agent. It runs where you run it, with your own AI provider, and it does only what you authorise.

For Backers

Tell your agent what you want to back: "robotics in Germany, USD 100k to 500k, prefer profitable companies". It follows the rankings, joins the right pools and tells you when a company you watch becomes reachable, through a round or a shareholder ready to sell.

For shareholders

Tell your agent you would sell part of your stake. It declares it confidentially, keeps an eye on the demand for your company, and tells you when a pool reaches critical mass. Your name and your company stay private, as on the site.

For partner desks

Fundraising Desks will be able to connect their own tools to the pools of their country, and Secondary Sales Desks to the files assigned to them (declarations shared with the seller's consent), so that demand reaches their pipeline without copy and paste.

What the agent never does

It never invests, sells, negotiates or signs. Interests and Intentions remain non-binding declarations, as described in the Terms for Backers. Any transaction is handled by a licensed partner desk, with you.

Where we are

Uback MCP is in development. It will open to registered Backers first, then to shareholders and partners.
